Terms and Conditions
- It is compulsory that all users stick to their time slots and do not overrun
- It is compulsory that all users clean and wipe down after use
- Must maintain social distancing and observe all government Covid 19 directives
- We reserve the right to change the rules at any time
Management reserves the rights to approve, deny, or cancel said party for any reason.
Smoking is NOT permitted anywhere inside the Lounge at any time.
The Resident agrees to cover the cost of any damage or missing items on receipt of the invoice or written demand. Failure to make payment may result in a deduction being made from the tenancy deposit.
Resident agrees to clean after the event and leave the Lounge in the same condition it was received.
Resident is liable to the owner for the conduct of said resident and guest (i.e. noise complaints, illegal acts, etc.)
This agreement is for the exclusive use of the Lounge. No exterior recreational facilities are included.
Resident and his/her guests shall comply with all written rules and regulations of this agreement.
In the event of a cancellation, the resident must contact the Concierge no later than three (3) working days prior to the scheduled event. The Agent reserves the right to terminate Dining Room privileges in any of the terms and conditions in this agreement is not upheld.
