Clear communication, when it matters

We use this app to share important updates relating to life at the building, including mandatory servicing, contractor access notices, maintenance works, safety information, service interruptions, and other important building communications.

Critical communications may be sent by in-app broadcast, push notification, and email. However, email and push notifications cannot be guaranteed in every case. Emails may not be delivered or seen for a variety of reasons, including bounce backs, spam or junk filtering, blocked addresses, mailbox settings, unsubscribe status, or other delivery issues outside the control of the building management team. Push notifications may also be affected by device settings, app permissions, internet connection, or notification preferences.

For this reason, residents are responsible for keeping their contact details up to date, enabling notifications where possible, and regularly logging into their account to check the broadcast history manually.
Updates may include engineer visits, access requirements, essential inspections, HIU servicing, safety notices, planned works, emergency updates, or general building communications.

Some notices may require residents to take action, such as clearing access to equipment, being present during a visit, or reviewing information before contractors attend.

All announcements are archived within your account and can be reviewed at any time. Once a communication has been issued through the app, it is the resident’s responsibility to read it and take any required action. Failure to read a communication does not remove the resident’s responsibility to comply with the notice or its requirements.
