Taking place every Saturday at 8:30am at The Meadows

Weekly Hiit Class for all resident

Join Andrew and AM Fitness for our weekly Strength & Sweat class beginning on Saturday 18th September at 08:30am.  The class will last for 45 minutes and will be the perfect way to start your weekend.  The meeting point is to be confirmed by AM Fitness shortly.

Total Body, functional HIIT style workout, designed to improve strength and fitness. Whatever your goal, be it fat loss or performance, come challenge yourself and collect some wins with this fun, team orientated, workout. We're able to progress/regress movements depending on individual experience/ability, making this inclusive for all. 
Please wear appropriate clothing for exercising and bring a drink with you to help keep you hydrated.
