One-Off Cleaning We can provide one-off cleaning services at any time to freshen up your home.We'll even supply all our own cleaning equipment and materials!So if… you are welcoming visitors  you just don’t have the time due to work load you are recovering from an injury or illness you are preparing for Christmas or other event Our One-Off Cleaning Services Include:✔︎ All Rooms: Wipe/Dust/Polish all furniture, fixtures & fittings, skirting boards, light fixtures, ledges, décor, doors. Vacuum/Mop all floors, carpets, rugs and stairs, Tidy up clutter, Remove cobwebs, Clean glass surfaces, Clean interior windows and sills, Empty waste bins✔︎ Kitchen: Clean all appliance fronts, worktops, sink/taps, Wipe cupboard fronts, table and chairs, Clean Microwave inside and out, you can even add extras (see notes)✔︎ Bathrooms: Clean showers, baths, sinks and taps inside and out, Scrub and disinfect toilet, Clean, dry and shine all mirrors, chrome and tiles, Wipe cabinet fronts, Clean all shelves & fixtures (see notes)Notes:  While our colleagues are flexible and will work around your requirements, please ensure our colleagues have access to the areas that require cleaning. Please remove all items from kitchen cupboards, fridge freezers and bathrooms prior to our arrival (if you have added an appliance clean).  Each clean is based on an average time spend per type of room: - Studio Apartment: 2 hours clean - 1 Bed Apartment: 2,5 hours clean- 2 Bed Apartment: 3 hours clean- 3 Bed Apartment: 4 hours clean You can even add extras in our Add-ons section such as cleaning of over, carpets, fridge and much more.  For safety reasons we will not clean inaccessible exterior windows and we will require hot running water and electricity. 

End of Tenancy Cleaning

End Of Tenancy CleaningGet peace of mind with a deposit return guarantee where cleaning is concerned.Our service comes complete with this to give you the best opportunity to obtain your deposit back in full*. All we need is 48-hours notice. *T's and C's apply. Our deposit return guarantee will only apply if you have fully vacated the property and you do not intend to reside at the property therefore after the clean has taken place.Our End Of Tenancy Cleaning Task List Kitchen - Cleaning all worktops/surfaces to ensure there is no debris or stains. - Cleaning the inside and outside of oven, hobs, extractor fan and extractor filter. - Cleaning the washing machine including soap tray and clearing debris from the rubber seal. - Cleaning the dishwasher and dishwasher filter. - De-scaling and polishing any taps/metalwork. - Cleaning of wall tiles including cleaning grouting where possible. - Cleaning and defrosting of fridge/freezer. - Bins to be cleaned inside and out.  Floors - Sweeping/hovering/mopping of all hard floors – including the cleaning of grouting where possible. - Hoovering and full steam cleaning of all carpets.  Bathrooms - Any taps/metalwork will be fully descaled and polished. - Glass shower screens de-scaled, cleaned and polished. - Wall tiles cleaned, including grouting where no damage will occur from cleaning it. - Shower head, shower hose and other bathroom items to be descaled and cleaned. - Mirrors to be cleaned, polished and left smear-free. - Extractor fan to be cleaned where accessible.  General - All woodwork (including skirting, units, chest of drawers, dado rails, curtains rails etc) to be dusted, cleaned and polished. - All upholstery (mattresses, curtains, sofas etc) will be thoroughly vacuumed. - All windows will be properly cleaned with professional equipment on the inside of the property and the exterior where safely accessible to our staff. - Any balcony’s/outside areas will be swept and tidied. - We will wash linen onsite where possible – this is usually limited to 1 washing machine & tumble dryer load per clean (This is dependent on washing machine and tumble dryer being in the property). - Removal of rubbish – so long as it is under 3 rubbish bags and there are communal bins nearby to dispose of it. For more in depth cleaning, we also have a Deep Clean option available.

FAQs


What time slots are available for end of tenancy cleaning?Our end of tenancy cleaning services are available at 08:00 or 1:30pm Monday to Saturday subject to availability.

Can you carry out an end of tenancy cleaning service if I am not present?
As long as you can arrange access to your property, we can do the clean. We could also collect and return keys at a small fee.

Do you provide all cleaning materials and equipment needed for the service?
We provide all cleaning materials and equipment needed for the end of tenancy clean.

Do you wash painted walls and ceilings as part of end of tenancy cleaning?
No , we do not wash painted walls and ceilings, we only dust them and remove cobwebs.

Do I have to defrost my fridge- freezer in advance of exit clean?
Please make sure freezer is defrosted one day in advance, as if it is not, it will cost an extra £30 to defrost quickly on the day of the cleaning service.

Is external window cleaning included in your end of tenancy cleaning services?
We can clean windows externally at an extra fee, if there is safe access to them , this is not included in the standard end of tenancy cleaning service.

How many cleaners will turn up on the day?
The end of tenancy cleaning crews consist of one to four people.

Is carpets and upholstery cleaning part of the end of tenancy service?
Vacuuming only of carpets and soft furnishings is included In the standard end of tenancy cleaning schedule, professional carpet and upholstery cleaning is also available at an extra fee, at **Your Company Name** we proud ourselves in providing highest quality carpet and upholstery cleaning. 

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Cancellation Policy 
  • The client may cancel or reschedule the clean by giving us at least a 48 hours notice. Failure to provide us with the needed notice will result in a charge of 50% of the total invoiced amount.
  • The client can reschedule or cancel the appointment over the phone or by e-mail.
  • JC Lindsay reserves the right to refuse any cleaning job if the condition of the property is hazardous to the health and well being of our operatives.
  • JC Lindsay reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a clean in cases where an accident or any unexpected circumstances have befallen the assigned cleaning team.

Insurance
  • JC Lindsay and the individual cleaners hold Public Liability Insurance.
  • Claims can be covered by JC Lindsay and/or its operatives insurance, only if the damage/breakages are reported within 24hours of the clean.
  • JC Lindsay reserves the right to carry out an internal investigation into any claims made by the client.
  • JC Lindsay reserves any right to refuse disclosure of confidential company documents.

Access
  • The client must provide electricity and running water at the premises where the clean is conducted. If they fail to do so JC Lindsay cannot be held responsible for incomplete or delayed work.
  • The client is responsible for providing access to the property at the scheduled time. If keys are provided they must open and close all locks required for access and to carry out the clean. If we are unable to gain access to the property, we reserve the right to cancel/reschedule the clean.
  • JC Lindsay is not responsible for any alarms triggered during a clean. The client must provide JC Lindsay with full instructions for disabling and/or resetting any alarm systems on the premises.
  • JC Lindsay will endeavour to arrive at the scheduled time for the clean. However, reasonable allowance should be made, for circumstances beyond our control, which may delay our arrival.
