FAQs

How I place an order?
Choose from our specialist Dry Cleaning or laundry wash service and pick the items you would like serviced.

Where do you collect the items from?
Prior to placing your order, please place your items in any available locker and let us know what locker you have chosen. Our team will then collect your order from your stated locker.

When will my items be returned?
We aim to return your items within 48hrs of collection between Mondays and Fridays. Should there be any delay doue too a specialist treatment needed we will inform you.

Where do I collect my items from?
Your items will be returned to a locker which is available (not necessarily the same locker you placed your items in originally) and we will inform you via the chat facility on how to retrieve them.

What happens if my items cannot be serviced?
In the unlikely event that we cannot service your item due to risk of damage, we will let you know and discuss your options with you. If you decide not to proceed with a clean we will return your items unserviced and refund you your order or any parts of your order that apply to the specific items.
